The Get the Shell Out banner of 57,000 names debuted at the Kispiox Music Festival this past weekend. Hundreds of residents from the Skeena watershed gather every year here to enjoy great local music for the whole weekend.

Our banner with all your names was a huge hit with local residents – and at 50 feet long, it attracted a lot of attention! People who had signed a postcard, they were excited to find their own names on the banner, and then hunted for names of friends and family abroad, like in Europe. People who didn’t have a chance to send a postcard were able to add their names to the blank space on the banner.
